I worked with Outens Auto Centre to bring structure and identity to their scattered brand. They wanted a stronger social presence and to come across as a trust worthy, reliable company.

I started with a full tidy up of their social media, brand and identity to create consistency. I then created an identity system that could be used across multiple platforms, print, advertising and social media.

To expand their reach and goals i created CTA driven designs that worked as both regular content and paid ads. These ads gave them recognisable campaign options that embody their brand identity.

To provide them with further content I introduced fact led posts paired with strong photography to position Outens as experts in their field, adding authority and trust to their brand identity.

To push the campaign even futher, i created posters and digital assets to be used in various formats beyond social media to make their messaging clear, engaging and diverse.

During the campaign I developed and set up their full email marketing system, including mailing list, email designs and structure. To increase email engagement I came up with idea of a gears card.

The gears card is a loyalty incentive with a front desk QR code to make it simple for customers to sign up an claim their free rewards. The reasoning was to increase returning customer engagement.
